摘　　要：目的探讨同源异形盒基因HOXB7在结肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测73例结肠癌及其相应正常黏膜组织中HOXB7蛋白的表达水平。结果HOXB7在结肠癌组织中的表达率高于相应正常黏膜组织的表达率（64．38％比27．40％，P〈0．01）。与临床T分期（P〈O．01）、AJCC分期（P〈0．01）、远处转移（P〈0．05）以及细胞核增殖抗原（Ki-67，P〈0．01）相关。结论HOXB7过表达可能是结肠癌发生发展过程中的重要分子事件。Objective To explore the＇expression of the homeobox B7 （ HOXB7 ） protein in colon carcinoma and its clinicopathological significance. Methods HOXB7 protein expression was detected by u- sing immunohistochemistry in 73 samples of primary colon carcinoma and adjacent normal mucosa. Results The expression of HOXB7 was higher in colon carcinoma than in the adjacent normal colonic mucosa, and upregulation of HOXB7 protein was significantly correlated with T stage （ P 〈 0.01 ）, AJCC stage （ P 〈 O. O1 ）, distant metastasis （ P 〈 0. 05 ） and proliferating cell nuclear antigen （ Ki-67 ） index （ P 〈 O. 01 ）. Conclusion Overexpression of HOXB7 may be an important molecular event in the progression of colon tumorigenesis.
