摘 要:以黑麦草"冬景"、"德比极品"和"泰德"为试材,研究了单一汞及汞与抗坏血酸复合处理对3个黑麦草品种种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:汞对3个黑麦草品种均有抑制作用,但各品种间的抑制作用不同。黑麦草"冬景"的发芽势单一处理下,Hg2+浓度0~10mg/L时对种子发芽势的影响不显著,浓度达100mg/L后,其抑制效应非常明显,Hg2+浓度为100mg/L时发芽势比对照低48个百分点,200mg/L中种子萌发严重受阻;3个品种的发芽率各处理间均有差异,呈递减趋势;根长、芽长和生物量的变化趋势一致,与胁迫浓度呈负相关。Hg2+>100mg/L时,严重抑制了种子发芽,Hg2+>50mg/L时,根的生长严重受阻;Hg2+与抗坏血酸复合处理具有一定的缓解作用,但缓解效应在高浓度下最为明显,对较抗汞的"冬景"其缓解作用不如"德比极品"和"泰德";总体观察,3个品种的抗汞能力为"冬景">"德比极品">"泰德"。Taking 3 varieties ryegrass 'Winter game', 'Derby supreme' and 'Ted' as test materials,the effect of single Hg^2+ and Hg^2+ with ascorbic acid combination treatment on seed germination and seedling growth of ryegrass were studied. The results showed that Hg^2+ had inhibition and its effect was different between three varieties. Seed germination potential of ' Winter game' did not show significant with concentration of Hg^2+ at 0- 10 mg/L in alone treatment. When Hg^2+ reached up 100 mg/L, the inhabitation was very obvious. Compared with control, germination potential decreased 48% in Hg^2+ 100 mg/L treatment,and in Hg^2+ 200 mg/L treatment,seed germination obstructed seriously. Germination rate of three varieties had differences and decreased progressive between every treatments. The change trend of root length, bud length and biomass were consistent, and correlated negatively with Hg^2+ concentratioru Hg^2+ and ascorbic acid combination treatment had certain soothing effects which was obvious in high concentration. The soothing effects for resistant mercury 'Winter game' was lower 'Derby supreme' and 'Ted '. Generally, 'Winter game' for resistant mercury ability was the strongest, second ' Derby supreme', third ' Ted '.
