射频透热联合腹腔顺铂灌注化疗治疗胃癌腹腔积液临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察射频热疗联合腹腔顺铂灌注化疗对胃癌腹腔积液患者的临床疗效.方法比较54例应用射频热疗联合顺铂治疗后的胃癌腹腔积液患者与30例未应用射频热疗仅应用顺铂灌注化疗后的胃癌腹腔积液患者的临床疗效.结果治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为40.74%,26.67%,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）.毒副反应较轻,主要为轻、中度的骨髓抑制及消化道反应,偶有发热,治疗组与对照组差异无显著性（P〉0.05）.随访显示,热疗组：随访时间最长为24个月,有效病例的中位生存时间8.8个月.非热疗组：随访时间最长为24个月,有效病例的中位生存时间5.3个月.结论射频透热治疗联合腹腔顺铂灌注化疗治疗胃癌腹腔积液比单纯腹腔灌注顺铂化疗疗效高,是恶性腹腔积液安全、有效的治疗手段.Objective To explore the clinical significance of radio frequency heat treatment combined wilh celiac cisplatin perfi,sion chemotherapy for gastric cancer peritoneal effusion. Methods The elinical significance was compared of 54 applications treated by radio frequency hyperthermia combined with cisplalin perfilsion chemotherapy and 30 applications treated by eisplatin perfusion chemotherapy only with malignant ascites in patients wilh gastric cancer. Results The efficient of the treatment group and the control group were 40.74% and 26.67% respectively,there was significant difference（P 〈 0.05）. Side reactions were light, mainly for the light or moderate bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reaction and occasional fever. The treatment group and the control group had no significant difl＇erence（ P 〉 O. 05 ）. Follow-up showed lhat hyperthermia group ： follow-up time of effective cases up to 24 months, the median surviwd lime was 8.8 months. Non-hyperthermia group ： Follow-up of effective eases time up to 24 months, the median survival time was 5.3 months. Conclusion Radio frequency hyperthermia diathermy therapy combined with celiac cispahin perfiasion chemotherapy has a high curative effect to stomach cancer patients with malignant ascites than cisplatin perfu- sion chemotherapy alone, which is a malignant ascites sate, effetive treatment.
