摘　　要：目的探讨原发性视网膜脱离患者玻璃体视网膜手术后高眼压发生的原因.方法对2010年1月~2011年12月在我院因原发性视网膜脱离行玻璃体视网膜手术的724例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.探讨玻璃体视网膜手术后发生高眼压发生的原因.结果有213眼玻璃体视网膜手术后发生高眼压,发生率29.42%.其中C3 F8填充组和硅油填充组高眼压发生率分别为31.49%和25.58%,两组比较差异无显著性.联合巩膜外环扎组和未环扎组高眼压发生率分别为39.06%和16.11%,差异有显著性.结论高眼压是原发性视网膜脱离患者玻璃体视网膜手术后常见并发症,眼内C3 F8或硅油填充、巩膜外环扎是原发性视网膜脱离玻璃体视网膜手术后高眼压发生的最常见因素.术后高眼压通过药物治疗一般能降低至正常范围,故术后应早期处理.Objective To explore the causes of elevated intraocular pressure after vitreoretinal surgery for primary retinal detachment.Methods Seven hundred and twenty-four cases who followed vitreoretinal surgery for prima-ry retinal detachment in our hospital between January 1,2010 and December 31,2011 were reviewed retrospectively in order to study the causes of elevated intraocular pressure after vitreoretinal surgery .Results The elevated intraocular pressure occured in 213 cases（29.42%） after vitreoretinal surgery.The rate of elevated intraocular pressure with in-traocular tamponade of C 3 F8 was 31.49%,and 25.58%for intraocular tamponade of silicone oil .The difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The rate of elevated intraocular pressure in Sclera buckling cases was 39.06%,and 16.11%in no sclera buckling.The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The elevated in-traocular pressure is a common complication after vitreoretinal surgery for primary retinal detachment .The intraocular tamponade of silicone oil or C 3 F8 and sclera buckling are the most common factors that induce development of elevated intraocular pressure.The elevated intraocular pressure can be controlled within the normal range by using the anti -glauco-ma drugs.Early diagnosis and therapy of elevated intraocular pressure can conduce to avoid the vision damage .
