摘  要:应用正交试验法研究影响杯形件最大拉深力的主要工艺因素 .得出影响最大拉深力工艺参数的主要顺序为润滑油、凹模圆角半径、压边力、凸模圆角半径 .应用 Hill的板料各向异性理论导出了新的计算杯形件最大拉深力的理论公式 ,给出了最大拉深力随各相关因素变化的理论分析 .Orthogonal experimentswere carried outto investigate the main technologicalfactorsinfluencing the maximum drawing load in cup- drawing and the following conclusions were drawn:the most notable factor to affect the maximum drawing load is the type of lubricants and the second is the radius of the die arc,then the blank- holder pressure and the radius of the punch arc. Based on Hill's anisotropic theory,a new theoretical formula was derived to compute the maximum drawing load and then theoretical curves showing the calculated variation of the maximum drawing load as a function of the relative factors were given. The calculated results agree well with the experimental data,so itis valuable in practice.
