摘　　要：为全面、系统地辨别风险来源,在相关前沿研究的基础上探讨了开放式创新的风险问题。将开放式创新的风险整合在知识生产、知识交易与知识价值实现这一流程框架下进行考察,重点区分了开放式创新体系中的内源性与外源性风险,并简要地提出了控制方法。Based on related research, the paper discusses the risk problems of open innovation. To identify the sources of risk more completely and systematically, it integrates our risk analysis with a process framework which can be described as ＂knowledge production, knowledge transaction and value realization of knowledge＂. What＇ s more, the paper also distinguishes the endogenous and exogenous risks in the open innovation system and it proposes some simple control methods.
