摘　　要：低碳技术是随着低碳经济的兴起而逐渐产生的,发展低碳技术需要政府的政策支持。我国政府要为低碳技术发展提供强大的科研和人才支持,建立完善促进低碳技术发展的财政支持体系,完善低碳技术发展的市场服务体系;积极促进产学研合作推进低碳技术创新,促进低碳技术国际转让,加大低碳技术的自主创新力度,才能实现低碳经济的发展目标。Low - carbon technology comes into being with the rise of low - carbon economy. Low - carbon technology is what can be adapted to the needs of low - carbon economy development. It reduces emissions of greenhouse gas and the government takes all the technical means of reducing carbon emissions or carbon - free to prevent global warming. Low - carbon technology is composed of carbon reduction technology, carbon - free technology and carbon removal technology. The development of low - carbon technology needs government policy support. The following aspects of support for development of low - carbon technology should be provided by our government ： providing a strong support of scientific research and talent ; establishing and improving the financial support system to promote low - carbon technology development ; perfecting market service system for low - carbon technology development ; promoting cooperation of industry - university - research to improve low - carbon technological innovation ; actively promoting the international transfer of low - carbon technology ; increasing intensity of innovation of low - carbon technology. Only in this way can development goals of low - carbon economy be achieved.
