摘　　要：高校知识产权管理机构对于提高知识产权的创造力与转化率有着重要作用,分析当前国内高校知识产权管理机构的四种模式,对比国外知识产权管理机构以及结合国内高校知识产权发展趋势,提出高校知识产权管理体系的架构和内容。The intellectual property＇ s administrative organs in university are playing an important role in raising creativity and conversion of intellectual property. There are four models for intellectual property＇ s administrative organs in China university. Most of them can not meet the future needs. The paper proposes a novel frame and content of intellectual property architecture by studying on its present situation and outlook in China and foreign universities.
