摘　　要：科技企业孵化器的投资收益模式一般由组织制度模式决定,是组织制度模式的一种内在要求和外在表现。以孵化器创办及运营所需资金的来源渠道为依据,孵化器分为一元化投资模式和多元化投资模式。而孵化器的收益模式则主要有房地产、中介服务、自办实业和风险投资等四种。Investment and income model of technology enterprise incubator is generally decided by organization system pattern, it is one of intrinsic requests and external performance. Taking original channel of need fund of incubator origination and operation as the bases, the incubator divides into the unified and multiplex investment models. But the incubator income model mainly has the real estate, the intermediary service, the industry by self and the venture invest and so on.
