摘　　要：矿山皮带机是矿山企业输送物料必备设备,软起动器控制皮带机可以限制起动电流,减少设备故障率。借鉴直流双闭环调速系统控制策略,构建带转速环的软起动器。给出了双闭环软起动器系统仿真模型和仿真结果。在软起动器双闭环控制策略基础之上,给出了系统的硬件结构和软件实现方法。Mine beh conveyer is the necessary transport equipment for mine Enterprise. The soft starter can restrict starting current of induction motor and reduce equipment fault rate. With the reference of DC motor double closed loop reg- ulation system, the soft starter system with speed control loop is built. Then, the simulation model and the simulation results of double closed loop soft starter system are present. Based on the double closed-loop control strategy, the hardware structure and the realization of software for the soft starter are proposed.
