摘　　要：目的:探讨ADAMDEC1在颅咽管瘤中的表达及意义。方法:前瞻性观察36例颅咽管瘤患者ADAMDEC1的表达情况,其中21例釉质上皮型,设为釉质组;15例鳞状乳头型,设为鳞型组;5例对照组脑组织标本取自重型颅脑外伤行内减压术的正常脑组织。采用免疫组化、RT-PCR方法检测颅咽管瘤组织中ADAMDEC1的表达。结果:与对照组相比,釉质组及鳞型组颅咽管瘤组织中,ADAMDEC1表达明显增高,而对照组脑组织中均无表达,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与鳞型组相比,釉质组ADAMDEC1表达明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:ADAMDEC1在颅咽管瘤组织中高度表达,并可作为检测颅咽管瘤潜在增殖的标志物。Objective To explore the expression and significance of ADAMDEC1 in craniopharyngioma Methods 36 cases of craniopharyngioma were included, of which 21 cases were of enamel epithelial type （group A）, the other 15 were of squamous papillary type （group B）. Another 5 brain tissue samples from internal decompression patients of heavy traumatic brain injury were included as confront group. The expressions of ADAMDEC1 in these tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR. Results ADAMDEC 1 was not expressed in control group, while the protein and mRNA levels of ADAMDEC1 in group A and B were significantly increased （P 〈 0.05）, especially in group A （compared to group B, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ADAMDEC1 was highly expressed in craniopharyngioma tissue, and might be a potential sign for indicating craniopharyngioma proliferation.
