摘　　要：目的:观察总结缓释药盒植入在肺癌手术中化疗的应用。方法:63例可手术肺癌患者分为试验组和对照组,试验组在完成肺切除术和纵隔淋巴结清扫术后通过多种方法植入缓释药盒,术后比较相关监测指标,术后辅助化疗期间比较不良反应发生情况及其预后。结果:两组均顺利完成手术,术后住院期间和术后辅助化疗期间不良反应发生率和相关监测指标差异无统计学意义。结论:应用缓释药盒植入进行肺癌术中化疗安全可行,操作简便,可复制性好。Objective To observe the application ofintraoperative controlled chemotheraputic drug releasing system for lung cancer. Methods 63 cases of operable lung cancer were divided into 2 groups, the experimental group and control group. Controlled chemotheraputic drug releasing system was implanted after pneumonectomy and mediastinal lymph node dissection in the experimental group. The concerning indicators, the adverse events, and prognosis were analyzed. Results All operations were completed. No significant difference of adverse events and the concerning indicators was found. Conclusion Controlled chemotheraputic drug releasing system is safe, aoolicable, easy and repeatable for lung cancer.
