摘  要:应用双孢蘑菇同核不育株间杂交技术,进行杂交菌株As2796分离的同核不育株与其亲本之一02分离的同核不育株间配对回交,回交获得的杂交菌株经过生物学特性分析、出菇筛选试验,优选出杂交新菌株W192。该菌株酯酶同工酶PAGE表型为HG5型,呈典型的杂合态,其栽培特点与As2796相近,平均单产提高20%~25%,鲜菇质量与As2796相似。经2008年~2011年产季不同区域的中型生产试验,高产优质性状表现稳定,于2012年获得福建省的新品种认定,目前已在福建省大面积推广。The homokaryons derived from hybrid As2796 and one of their parents 02 respectively were backcrossed by using ho- mokaryon crossbreeding technology of Agaricus bisporus, and a new hybrid W192 was obtained after the hybrids screening by bio- logical characteristics analysis and fruiting test. This new strain had an esterase isozyme PAGE pattern of HG5 with the typical hy- brid type. Compared with the parent As2796, its cultivation point and fruitbody quality were similar, but its average single yield increased by 20% - 25%. In the middle scale cultivation trial of 2008 - 2011, the new hybrid W192 kept the stable advantages of both high - production and good - quality. It was certified by the Variety Certification Committee of Fujian Province in 2012 and had be expanded in Fujian region at present.
