摘 要:研究了杏鲍菇菌糠提取液及啤酒酵母发酵液对平菇、杏鲍菇和茶树菇液体培养菌丝体生长的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,10%和20%的杏鲍菇菌糠提取液能显著提高平菇和杏鲍菇的菌丝体产量,其菌丝体干重分别为每100毫升2.2805 g和1.8899 g,较对照提高了67%和3%;10%和50%杏鲍菇菌糠提取液显著提高平菇和杏鲍菇的菌球数,分别为92 mL-1和65mL-1,较对照提高了114%和71%;但所试浓度(10%~80%)的菌糠提取液对茶树菇菌丝体的生长有一定的抑制作用。与对照相比,40%的啤酒酵母发酵液能显著提高平菇和杏鲍菇菌丝体产量,其产量分别为每100毫升4.5122 g和3.6640 g,较对照提高了275%和156%;而50%的啤酒酵母发酵液使茶树菇的菌丝体产量达每100毫升4.1263 g,较对照提高了201%;60%啤酒酵母发酵液显著提高平菇菌球密度,高达98 mL-1,较对照提高了46%,而浓度为50%时,则显著提高了杏鲍菇和茶树菇的菌球密度,分别达到73 mL-1和96 mL-1,分别较对照高出了40%和174%。The effects of aquatic extraction solution from Pleurotus eryngii residue and cultivation liquid from Saccharomyces cere- visiae on the mycelia growth of tree sorts of edible fungi under the liquid submerged culture were studied. The results showed that, comparing to the control, 10% and 20% aquatic extraction solution from P. eryngii residue increased significantly the mycelia product of Pleurotus ostreatus and P. eryngii, and the dry weight of mycelia were 2. 2805 g and 1. 8899 g per 100 mL, which were 67% and 3% higher than the control respectively. 10% and 50% aquatic extraction solution from P. eryngii residue significantly increased the peloton density of P. ostreatus and P. eryngii, the peloton numbers were 92 and 65 per millilitre, which were 114% and 71% higher than the control respectively. But this aquatic extraction solution restrained the growth of Agrocybe aegirita be- tween the tested concentrations froml0% to 80%. And when adding 40% of cultivation liquid of S. cerevisiae, the mycelia prod- uct of P. ostreatus and P. eryngii were 4. 5122 g and 3. 6640 g per 100 mL respectively, which were 275% and 156% higher than the control. The mycelia product of Agrocybe aegirita was 4. 1263 g per 100 mL in 50% of cultivation liquid of S. cerevisiae, which was 201% higher than the control. Comparing to the control, 60% cultivation liquid of S. cerevisiae remarkably increased the peloton density of P. ostreatus to 98 per millilitre, which was 46% higher than the contorl. 50% cultivation liquid from S. Cer- evisiae increased significantly the peloton density of P. eryngii and A. aegirit to 73 and 96 per millilitre, which were 40% and 174% higher than the control respectively.
