摘　　要：以北京大学图书馆为调研对象,按照专业将图书馆人员分为图书馆学专业、相关专业以及非图书馆学专业三种类型。将三种专业类型的职称分布、部门分布以及职称的评定和升迁速度进行对比统计分析,为图书馆选拔人才及人才培养提供参考意见,并对图书馆学专业单独进行分析,指出图书馆学教育应传授实际工作中更需要的知识和技能。Taking the Peking University Library as survey correspondent, the library personnel is categorized into three types which are library science specialized, related specialized and non-library science specialized. The comparative statistical analysis has been taken for the distributions of job title and department as well as title evaluation and promotion speed. It is hoped to provide reference for the consequent selection of outstanding personnel and the personnel training. The study also carries on analysis especially for the li- brary science specialized personnel with hope for the library science education to provide necessary knowl- edge and practical skills.
