摘　　要：本文旨在研究包含关系镶嵌和结构镶嵌两个构面的网络镶嵌对创新绩效的影响,并以社会网络和开放式创新理论为基础,研究知识分享在这一关系中的中介作用.以华南地区114家高新技术企业为研究对象,对问卷调查所获得的匹配数据进行相关分析.结果表明,网络镶嵌中的关系镶嵌与结构镶嵌均对企业创新绩效有显著的正向影响;知识分享在网络镶嵌对创新绩效的影响路径中起中介作用.It studies the impact of two types of network embeddedness, namely relational and structural embeddedness, on innovation performance. Moreover, based on the theories of social network and open innovation, it further studies the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the relationship among relational and structural embeddedness and innovation performance. It analyzes the datum acquired through questionnaires based on a sample of 114 high-tech enterprises in south China, which shows that both relational and structural embeddedness are positively related to innovation perform- ance. It finds out that the knowledge sharing partially mediates the impact of relational and structural embeddedness on innovation performance.
