摘　　要：讨论了扎染的扎缬的方法、松紧、针距以及染色的工艺条件等对扎染效果的影响,得出最佳的工艺条件:浓度为4%、针距为1cm、浴比为1∶25、温度为90℃、时间为50min、氯化钠浓度为20g/L.扎染与筛网印花的结合,体现扎染独特的色晕和肌理效果,使扎染艺术获得了新的生存空间,赋予了其新的载体.Knotting on influence of tie-d method,elastic and needle distance of yein distance 1 CM, chloride ing and screen concentration effect are discussed in this paper 0 g/L. Unique color halo and ski tie-dyeing and process condition of dyeing based The optimal process is concentration 4 %, needle n texture are displayed by combination of tie-dye- printing, which new living space of bath ratio 1：25,temperature 90℃ ,time 50 minutes and of sodium ie-dyeing art is achieved and a novel carrier is given.
