摘　　要：目的躯体形式障碍患者点探测任务下的事件相关电位特点及临床应用价值。方法用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定30例躯体形式障碍患者(试验组)及30例健康志愿者(对照组)焦虑、抑郁的严重程度,并行事件相关电位检测。结果两组在SAS、SDS分值比较上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);重复测量方差分析表明,平均反应时的组间水平主效应显著(F=8.749,P=0.006);探测点与情绪图片位置的一致性主效应显著(F=16.896,P=0.000);试验组N2、P3波潜伏期延长、P3波幅降低,较对照组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),SAS、SDS分值与N2、P3波潜伏期显著正相关,与波幅显著负相关(P<0.01)。结论试验组焦虑、抑郁的负性情绪较对照组严重,其点探测任务下的事件相关电位有波潜伏期、波幅方面的变异特点。Objective To investigate the features and clinical applications of event-related potential（ERP）in patients with so matoform disorders（SD）under the dot-probe task. Methods A total of 30 patients with somatoform disorders（SD group）and 30 health volunteers（control group）were involved. SAS and SDS were used to assess the severity Of anxiety and depression in two groups. Dot-probe task experimental procedures was used to detect event-related potentials. Results There were significant differ- ences （P〈0. 01）when SD group＇s SAS and SDS scores compared with the control group ~ Repeated measures ANOVA analysis showed that a significant main effect of the average response time level between two groups （F=8. 749 ,P=0. 006） ;The consisten- cy of dot-probe with the emotional pictures＇ location showed a significant main effect（F=16. 896,P=0. 000）;SD group＇s N2 ,P3 wave latency and P3 amplitude decreased compared with the control group,theirs differences were significant （P〈0. 01）;SAS and SDS scores were significantly positively related to SD group＇s N2 ,P3 wave latency （P〈0.01）while a significant negative correlation with SD group＇s N2,P3 amplitude（P,0.01）. Conclusion There are negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in patients with somatoform disorders. Event-related potentials under the dot-probe task has its own variation characteristics about wave laten- cy and amplitude.
