摘　　要：目的调查中学生心理健康状况,探讨中学生抑郁水平和应付方式的关系。方法采用贝克抑郁问卷和应付方式问卷对沈阳市6所中学的3124名初中生和高中生(男生1478名,女生1646名)进行调查。结果重度抑郁状态406人(13.0%),男生218人(7.0%),女生188人(6.0%)。其中,男生自责(t=3.60,P<0.01)、退避(t=2.86,P<0.01)、合理化(t=3.24,P<0.05)评分高于女生,女生求助评分高于男生(t=3.26,P<0.01);高一学生解决问题评分高于其他年级(P<0.01),高二学生自责、退避、合理化评分均高于其他年级(P<0.01)。贝克抑郁问卷总分与成熟型的应付方式呈负相关,与不成熟型和混合型的应付方式呈正相关。结论①中学生不同抑郁水平受性别因素影响,轻度和中度抑郁状态女生显著多于男生,重度抑郁状态男生显著多于女生;②中学生抑郁水平受应付方式影响。Objective To investigate the levels of depression in middle school students ,and explore the correlation of depressive levels with coping styles. Methods Beck Depression Inventory and Coping Style Inventory were completed by a sample of 3124 middle school students（male 1478,female 1646）. Results A total of 406（13.0%）students were in major depression level of BDI, boys was 218（7.0%）and girls was 188（6.0%）. Boys＇ keep self-blame（t= 3.60,P（0.01）,avoidance（t=2.86,P（0.01）,ratio- nalization（t=3.24,P〈0. 05）coping styles scores were higher than girls＇, girls＇ seek help was higher than boys＇ （t = 3.26, P〈0. 01）. Senior one was higher than other grade in problem solving style （P（0. 05） ,sophomore was higher than other grade in self- blame style, withdrawal style, rationalization （P（0. 05）. The total score of BDI was negatively correlation with mature coping style,positive correlation with immature and mixed coping styles was. Conclusion①There is significant gender difference in de- pression ,girls＇ minor depression and moderate depression rates are higher than boys＇, boys have higher incidence rate of severe de- pression than girls. ②Depression of middle school students is influenced by coping style.
