Correlation between Ingredients in Resumes of College Students and Their Personality Characteristics

摘  要:目的探讨大学生求职简历内容、风格特点与其人格、工作投入和一般自我效能感的关系。方法本研究采用内容分析法,对简历进行维度、要素的划分和多级编码,实现简历信息的量化,并将简历各要素与人格等因素进行相关分析。结果简历各要素与人格等因素存在不同程度的相关。内容方面的要素,如"简历名称"与一般自我效能感呈负相关(r=-0.258,P<0.01);"技能自我评定"与外向性呈负相关(r=-0.194,P<0.05);"兴趣数量"和经验开放性呈正相关(r=0.202,P<0.05)。风格方面的要素,如"名称字体"与奉献呈负相关(r=-0.198,P<0.05);"内容侧重点"和一般自我效能感呈正相关(r=0.281,P<0.05)。语段方面的要素,如"自评篇幅"和经验开放性及活力均呈正相关(r=0.200,0.192;P<0.05)。结论将内容分析法运用于简历分析,可挖掘深层信息,提高人才招聘的效率。Objective To explore the relationship between content and style of resumes made by college students and their per- sonality ,job involvement and self-efficacy. Methods We applied the content-analysis to the resumes, divided the dimensions and ingredients,and achieved the quantization of all the information included in the resumes. The data was analyzed by correlation. Re- suits Different ingredients had significantly correlation with personality characteristics, job involvement and self-efficacy to vary- ing degrees. For example," The resume name" had negative correlation with self-efficacy (r=-0. 258,P〈0.01 )," skill self evalua tion" had negative correlation with extraversion (r=-0. 194,P〈0.05);"number of interests" had positive correlation with open- ness (r = 0. 202, P〈0.05 ) ;" font of resume name" had negative correlation with dedication (r=-0. 198, P 〈0.05 ) ;" emphadis of content" had positive correlation with self-efficacy(r= 0. 281,P〈0.05);" the length of self-assessment" had positive correlation with both openness and vigor(r=0. 200,0, 192;P〈0. 05). Conclusion The content-analysis is a tool for analyzing resumes,it helps discovering some potential traits of the candidates thus improve the efficiency of recruitment.
