摘　　要：随着高等教育大众化不断发展,地方本科院校面临着来自就业市场以及重点院校竞争的双重压力,需立足于自身的现状,培养出专业基本功扎实、实践能力强,适合于社会需求的优秀创新人才,走出一条独特的可持续发展之路。本文针对我院"卓越工程师实验班"的运作模式,对应用型拔尖创新人才培养模式进行了探讨,以期为本校及其他同类型高校培养应用型拔尖创新人才提供一种新思路。With the popularization of higher education, local col- leges are facing the dual pressures of competition from the job market as well as key institutions, so they need to base on its own status quo, cultivate excellent innovation talents with the charac- ter of firmer professional foundation, powerful practice ability, and fitting for the needs of the community, and go out of a unique sustainable development road. In this paper, based on our ＂experimental class of excellent engineer＂, the cultivation model of applied top-notch innovative talents is explored and we hope to provide a new idea of cultivating innovative talents for the school and the other the same type of college.
