强制隔离戒毒所海洛因依赖者的生存质量及影响因素

摘　　要：目的:分析强制隔离戒毒所海洛因依赖者的生存质量及其影响因素。方法:103例海洛因依赖者完成社会人口学、吸毒特征、生活事件量表和SF-36量表中文版,103例健康对照完成生活事件量表和SF-36量表中文版;采用多元线性回归分析筛选SF-36量表的生理健康总测量(PCS)和心理健康总测量(MCS)生存质量的影响因素。结果:海洛因依赖者SF-36量表的各纬度生存质量评分显著低于健康对照组(P≤0.004);多元线性回归分析显示,海洛因依赖者PCS评分低与未婚、文化程度低、合并烟草使用、注射方式吸毒、吸毒年限长和负性生活事件分高有关(P≤0.033),海洛因依赖者MCS评分低与合并烟草使用、吸毒年限长和负性生活事件分高有关(P≤0.037)。结论:海洛因依赖者生存质量较差,其恶化的生存质量与某些社会人口学特征、物质使用特征变量和负性生活事件有关。Objective：To analyze the quality of life and its related factors of heroin addicts from compulsory drug rehabilitation centers. Methods ： One hundred and three heroin addicts were administered with socio - demographic questionnaire, drug use questionnaire, life event scale and the Chinese version of Short Form 36 -Item Health Survey questionnaire （SF -36 ）. One hundred and three healthy controls completed life event scale and SF -36. Factors related to the physical component summary （PCS） and mental component summary （MCS） of SF - 36 were identified with muhiple linear regression. Results ： Heroin addicts had lower scores than healthy controls on all dimensions of SF -36 （P ≤0.004）. Multiple linear regressions revealed that lower PCS score was significantly associated with unmarried status, low education,tobacco use,injection drug use ,long period of drug use and high negative life event in heroin addicts （P≤0. 033 ）, and lower MCS score was significantly associated with tobacco use, long period of drug use and high negative life ew at in heroin addicts （ P ≤ 0. 037 ）. Conclusion ： Heroin addicts have worse quality of life, and their quality of life was associated with some socio - demographic, drug use behavior variables and negative life event.
