重度网络游戏成瘾男性青少年的自杀态度与家庭影响因素

摘　　要：目的:考察重度网络游戏成瘾男性青少年对自杀的态度以及父母教养方式和家庭环境对其自杀态度的影响。方法:采用临床访谈法结合问卷调查法对132例网络游戏成瘾男性青少年进行研究,研究工具包括网络成瘾临床诊断标准、自杀态度问卷、父母养育方式评定量表、家庭环境量表。结果:在重度网络游戏成瘾组中,不同学历(初中组、高中组、大学组)的自杀态度得分均在2.5-3.5之间。三组之间自杀态度比较,差异不具有统计学意义。多元逐步回归分析结果发现:教养方式中母亲情感温暖、理解,母亲惩罚、严厉,母亲拒绝、否认,父亲拒绝、否认以及家庭环境中道德宗教观进入回归方程,其联合解释总变异量为(R2=0.067-0.364)。结论:重度网络游戏成瘾男性青少年对自杀总体上持矛盾或中立的态度,父母教养方式对青少年自杀态度有着重要影响,其中母亲的影响更多于父亲。家庭有道德宗教观有利于使男性青少年对自杀行为持否定排斥态度。Objective ：To explore the suicide attitude of male adolescent with severe Internet game addiction disorder （SIAD）, and the influence of family environment and parental rearing style on these psychological characteristics. Methods： The participants were all selected from the patients in the General Hospital of Beijing Military Region who meeting. the ＂ diagnostic criteria for Interact Addiction ＂ Questionnaire and clinical interview method were used in the process of investigation, and the research tools include ＂ diagnostic＇criteria for Internet Addiction ＂, Family environment questionnaire, Egna Minnen av Barndorns Uppfostran （EMBU）, Suicide Attitude Questionnaire （QSA）. Results：In the group of severe interact game addiction （SIGA） , the suicide attitude score of different education group （junior high school, senior high school, college） ranged from 2.5 to 3.5. There was no significant difference in suicide attitude among these three groups. Multiple stepwise regression ~analysis found that mother＇ s emotional warmth, stem punishment, refusal disaffirm, father＇s refusal disaffirm in family upbringing and moral -religious value in family environment entered the model equation, and its joint explanation for the total variance was R2 = 0. 067 - 0. 364. Conclusion ： The male adolescent with SIAD had contradictory or neutral attitude in suicide. The parental rearing style had important influences on male adolescent suicide attitude, where mother＇ s influences were more than father＇ s. The family with moral - religious value was beneficial for male adolescent to have denial and rejected attitude towards suicide behavior.
