摘 要:采用超声波辅助法提取柳叶腊梅叶总黄酮,并以还原力、金属螯合性和超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH自由基清除能力为指标研究其体外抗氧化活性。研究结果表明,柳叶腊梅叶总黄酮具有很好的还原力和金属螯合性,还原力的EC_(50)为0.090mg/mL,金属螯合性的IC_(50)为0.122mg/mL;总黄酮对超氧阴离子自由基、DPPH自由基具有一定的清除作用,清除能力与总黄酮浓度呈明显的量效关系,其IC_(50)分别为0.435、0.330mg/mL。Total flavonoids from Chimonanthus salicifolicus Hu was extracted with the assistance of ultrasound. With reducing power, metal chelating ability, and scavenging capacity against superoxide anion free radical, DPPH free radical as index, antioxidant activities in vitro were investigated. The results showed that the total flavonoids of Chimonanthus salicifolicus Hu exhibited strong reducing power with ECso value of 0. 090mg/mL and metal chelating ability with ICso value of 0. 122mg/mL. At the same time, the total flavonoids had certain scavenging capacity against superoxide anion free radical,DPPH free radical. The scavenging capacity and concentration of total flavonoids had obvious dose-effect relationship ,and IC50 values were 0. 435, 0. 330mg/mL,respectively.
