摘 要:集对同一度是关于集对中两个集合协同作用的一个测度.把其用于山西电大分校教育综合评估分析,发现办学效益与学校管理的同一度要明显大于办学效益与办学条件的同一度,也大于办学效益与教学质量的同一度,说明学校管理在电大办学过程中起着重要的作用,从教育的角度印证了"管理出效益".还对用不同方法评估各电大分校而出现的排序不一致作了系统分析,对改进电大教育评估有一定的理论意义和实际意义.Set Pair Analysis is a measure on the synergistic action in two sets. And they are also used in the comprehensive appraisal to the Branch Schools of Shanxi TV University, the results showed that the identical degree in the school running benefit and the school running benefit are obviously higher than those of the school running benefit and conditions of running schools and also higher than those of the management brings benefit and teaching quality, indicating that the school management in TVU plays an important role in the process of running, confirms the management brings benefit viewed from the perspective of education. The paper also analysis systematically using different methods on the ranking inconsistency existed in appraisal to the Branch Schools of Shanxi TVU, and this has theoretical interest and practical significance to the TVU Educational Assessment.
