摘 要:为提高印刷品的质量,了解油墨传递过程中油墨的运动,对两墨辊对滚进行了流体计算模拟,分析了墨辊对滚时油墨流场速度和压力的变化.在此基础上,提出了一种计算墨层厚度,得到油墨转移率的方法.根据该计算方法计算出不同条件下的墨层厚度及油墨转移率,分析了两墨辊对滚时的转速、墨辊直径和接触前墨层厚度对油墨流动及油墨转移率的影响.结果表明:油墨转移率随墨辊转速的增加、墨层厚度的增大而增大,随墨辊直径的增大而减小.To improve the quality of printing and know the process of ink transferring, the velocity and pressure of the ink flow field were analyzed when the two ink rollers rotate. Based on this, a method was proposed to calculate the ink layer thickness, and then the ink transferring rate can be got. The ink layer thickness and ink transferring rate were calculated under different conditions according to this method, and factors, such as rolling speed, diameter of ink roller and the previous ink layer thickness, which affected the ink flow and transferring rate were analyzed. The result shows that ink transferring rate increases with the increase of rolling speed and ink layer thickness and decreases with the increase of ink roller diameter.
