摘　　要：当前全球供应链企业社会责任的管理一般都以核心企业为主导模式,这种模式存在三大错位,导致全球供应链企业社会责任履行低效与不足。本文基于利益相关者合作逻辑,提出了供应链企业社会责任共同治理的机制与模式,并进一步探讨了应采取的对策与措施。The current management of corporate social responsibility in global supply chain is dominated by core corpora- tions,which has three big flaws and leads to the inefficient on corporate social responsibility performance. Based on the logic of cooperation among stakeholders in the same supply chain, this article proposes the mechanism, the model and the of Co - governance among stakeholders on corporate social responsibility in supply chain
