摘　　要：根据知识管理的特点,将个体特性、知识特性以及组织特性3个层面的知识风险结构应用到传统的风险管理方法中,基于PMBOK框架构建企业项目知识风险管理模型(EPKRMM),并通过企业IT项目风险管理案例详细阐述EPKRMM的过程和开展,以期能为企业项目风险管理提供新思路与方法。According to the characteristics of knowledge management, this article applies the 3 levels of knowledge risk struc- ture, namely, individual characteristics, knowledge characteristics and organization characteristics, in the traditional risk manage- ment method. Based on the PMBOK framework, the article constructs the Enterprise Project Knowledge Risk Management Model （EPKRMM）, and expatiates on the process and implementation of EPKRMM by the use of the enterprise IT project risk manage- ment as a case in order to provide new ideas and methods for enterprise project risk management.
