团状雪灵芝的化学成分研究

摘　　要：对石竹科蚤缀属植物团状雪灵芝全草的化学成分进行分离鉴定。采用色谱法分离纯化出5个化合物,运用波谱方法将它们的结构分别鉴定为二十八烷醇(1)、羊齿烯醇(2)、羊齿烯酮(3)、麦角甾醇-5,8-过氧化物(4)和小麦黄素(5)。这些化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物1为首次从石竹科植物中分离得到,化合物2为首次从该属植物中分离得到。From the whole plant of Arenaria polytrichoides ,five compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel and Sephdex LH- 20 column chromatographies and their structures were identified as 1-octacosanol （1） , fernenol （2） , fernenone（ 3 ） , ergosterol-5,8- peroxide （4）and tricin（ 5 ）by various spectroscopic methods. These compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Among them, compound 1 was isolated from CaryophyUaceae for the first time and compound 2 was isolated from this genus for the first time.
