摘　　要：金代的质子制度具有与猛安谋克制度配套执行,征质范围广,人数多,民族构成复杂,已成为一个特殊的群体和实际构成"质子性人口徙动"等显著特点,反映了金代民族关系的实际状况和基本格局。金代的质子政策,客观上促进了不同民族之间的政治、经济和文化交流,加速了民族融合的进程。Hostage system was implemented together with the MenganMouke system with the remarkable characteristics that it covered a wide range of regions and numbers, and had complex nationality composition of hostages who had become a special group and constituted ＂the population move of hostages ＂, reflecting the actual status and the basic pattern of national relations of Jin Dynasty. The hostage policy of the Jin Dynasty objectively promoted the political, economic and cultural exchanges between the different nationalities and accelerated the process of national fusion.
