摘　　要：我国民营企业跨国并购规模逐年提高,其跨国并购额虽与国有企业差距较大,但其跨国并购数量已远远超过国有企业。我国民营企业跨国并购的行业集中于传统产业及低成本行业、低端制造业;基于华人华侨地缘性关系,并购的目标区域集中于亚洲和北美洲;由于经济发展水平等原因,民营跨国并购企业主要来源于东部沿海地区,近年来西部地区民营企业跨国并购有增长趋势。The scale of Chinese private enterprise transnational merger is increasing year by year.Althougth the total amount of transnational merger of private enterprises is still far less than that of state owered enterprises,their quantity is far more than that of state owered enterprises.The aimed industry of private enterprise transnational merger focuses on traditional industries and lower-cost manufactural industries.Owing to the geography distribution of overseas Chinese,the aimed areas of transnational merger of private enterprises focused on Asia and north America.Owing to the economic development level,private enterprises of transnational merger maily locate on the east-south coastal areas.
