临床药师对护士进行用药培训的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探索临床药师对护士进行合理用药培训的方式,并评价其效果。方法:在培训内容相同的前提下,对两组护士的培训分别采用分专题讲课和集中一次讲课的方式,并进行考核,对考试成绩进行统计学分析。结果:经过培训,护士对常用药物知识的掌握程度比培训前显著提高(P<0.05);两种培训方式均能达到良好效果(P>0.05)。结论:临床药师应对护士进行多种方式的合理用药培训,保证病人的药物治疗安全有效。Objective：To explore the mode of training in rational use of drugs on nurses and to evaluate its effectiveness. Methods：The nurses were divided into group A and group B. Group A received several special topic lectures and group B re- ceived only one lecture covering all the topics concerned, but the training contents were more or less the same. All the trainees received checks and results of the checks were statistically analyzed. Results： After training, their knowledge on the commonly- used drugs improved significantly, when compared with that of pre-training （P〈0. 05）. Two different training modes all achieved good results （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Clinical pharmacists should offer nurses training of various modes in rational use of drugs, so as to ensure the safety and efficacy of clinical medication.
