摘 要:采用症状自评量表对我国部分高校的1800名女教师进行心理测评。结果显示:不同年龄阶段女教师的心理健康水平存在着差异,随着年龄的增长,其各因子的表现与总体特征相比并不完全一致;不同教龄的高校女教师在心理健康的总分上没有显著性差异,但在躯体化、强迫、敌对因子上存在显著性差异;任教科目不同的高校女教师心理健康水平存在着差异,其中在焦虑、偏执因子分数上存在显著性差异;不同职称的高校女教师心理健康水平存在差异,随着职称的变更,不同的心理问题有呈现职称性的特征。This paper conducts a psychological evaluation of 1,800 female college teachers' mental health conditions in some colleges and universities in China with the Symptom Checklist (SCL-90). The results show that female college teachers vary in their mental health conditions at different ages and as they grow older the performances of all the factors are not completely consistent with the general characteristics; female college teachers with different teaching years have no significant differences in their scores of mental health conditions, but do vary much in the scores of somatization, ob- sessive compulsion, and hostility factors; teachers teaching different subjects vary in their mental health conditions, espe- cially in the scores of anxiety and paranoid factors ; teachers, with different titles are also different in terms of their mental health conditions, and with the changes of their titles, their various mental problems present different professional characteristics.
