摘　　要：基于沿海发达地区农村妇女人力资源调查的相关数据与资料,可以从文化素质、科技素质、经营素质、法律素质、思想素质和身体素质六维度,对沿海发达地区农村妇女人力资源的基本素质进行概括与分析,并依此建构涵括"有文化、懂技术、善经营、重健康、明法制、优品格"六要素的农村妇女人力资源素质理想模型。在农村妇女人力资源素质理想模型中,重健康是基础,有文化、懂技术和善经营是核心,明法制与优品格亦不可缺少。开发农村妇女人力资源,必须关注农村妇女人力资源理想模型六素质的全面发展。Based on the survey of human resources of rural women in developed coastal areas, the thesis gives an overview and analysis about the quality of human resources of the coastal developed areas of rural women from the perspective of cultural qualities, scientific and technological quality, management quality, legal quality, ideological quality, as well as physical fitness, and establish the ideal model of human resources of rural women which include qualities of cultural, skilled, good management, pay attention to the health, compliance with the rule law and good character. In the ideal model the health is the basis, educated, well versed in technology and good business is the core. The last two others are necessary. Developing the human resources in rural women must pay attention to whole development of six qualities of human resources ideal model of rural women.
