摘　　要：正确认识和对待当前高校党员教育工作中存在的不足,对于办好高水平的社会主义大学具有重要的意义。加强和改进高校党员教育,要在内容上下功夫,提高时代性和针对性;在方式上下功夫,提高科学性和实效性;在保障机制上下功夫,增强教育合力。To correctly realize and handle the shortcomings existed in the current work of the cultiva- tion of party members in institutions of higher education is of great significance to the establishment of high-level socialist universities. The strengthening and enhancement of cultivation of party members in institutions of higher education should focus on the contents, methods, and guarantee mechanism.
