摘　　要：本文采用 GC、GC/MS技术对口服 Selegiline Hydrochloride,一种单胺氧化酶抑制剂的尿中代谢物进行分析测定 ,确认检出 1 0种代谢产物 ,其中三种为新检测到的羟基化代谢物。Three new metabolites of selegiline were found:p-OH-norselegiline,m (or o ) OH norselegiline and m (or o ) OH methylamphetamine in excretion urine for study .Their structures were identified by GC/MS and the probable metabolism scheme of selegiline was proposed.
