摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化进程的不断加速,尤其我国加入WTO后,国际贸易的迅速发展使得社会对商务英语人才的需求越来越多,也对商务英语人才提出了更高要求。但是,高等院校作为当前我国商务英语人才培养的主要基地,其培养模式并不能适应市场的需求。当前高校商务英语人才培养中存在一些严重的问题,高校要从以市场为导向的商务英语人才培养研究出发,从课程设置、师资水平的提高、教学方法、建立实训基地等方面探索当前一段时期商务英语人才培养的解决途径。With the accelerating process of global economic integration, especially after China＇s accession to the WTO, the rapid development of international trade demand for more and more business English talent, more business English talents are needed. However, institutions of higher learning as the cultivation of our Business English major base, the training mode can＇ t meet the needs of the market. There are some serious problems in College Business English Talents, colleges and universities from the market - oriented Business English Talents starting from the curriculum, teachers＇ abilities, teaching methods, establish training bases, etc. to explore the solution on current period business English talents.
