常州科技领军人才创新创业环境的调研分析

摘　　要：为了给常州科技领军人才提供优良的创新创业环境,采用调研分析的方法,根据需要,有针对性选取了16家企业的科技领军人才作为调研访谈对象,通过面对面访谈和问卷调查,综合分析了常州科技领军人才的创新创业环境,查找了问题,提出了相应的政策建议。In talents in Changzh order to provide favorable entrepreneurship and innovation environment for technological leading ou, this paper adopted the measures of investigation and analysis, choosing interview objects in sixteen enterprise with pertinence through interviews and questionnaires, comprehensively analyzing entrepreneurship and innovation environment. It finds out current problems, and finally puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.
