摘  要:研究了不同乳酸菌剂对FTMR中6种霉菌毒素含量的影响。将不同乳酸菌剂组(无添加组、添加BM组、添加CL组和添加YX组)FTMR贮存发酵64d,采用多功能色谱柱净化-电化学衍生-高效液相色谱法测定FTMR中的黄曲霉毒素含量,免疫亲和柱-高效液相色谱法测定玉米赤霉烯酮和呕吐毒素含量,外标法定量。结果表明,无添加组、添加BM组、添加CL组和添加YX组的AFB1含量分别为23.37、19.71、21.81和20.39μg/kg,ZEN含量分别为1 159.95、665.71、964.12和851.74μg/kg,DON含量分别为140.34、117.46、130.89和130.09μg/kg,4个处理组中均未检测出AFG1、AFB2和AFG2。以上结果说明,乳酸菌剂能够显著降低FTMR中霉菌毒素含量,其中以BM乳酸菌剂效果最好。The effect of different LAB on content of 6 Mycotoxins in Fermented Total Mixed Ration was studied in this experiment. The fermentation of FTMR of all groups (control group,BM group,CL group and YX group) lasted for 64 days. The aflatoxin (AFT) was detected by Multi-column purification - electrochemical derivatives high- performance liquid chromatograph. The amount of zearelenone (ZEN) and deoxynivalenol (DON) were determined by Immunoaffinity column-high-performance liquid chromatography using external standard. The results showed that the content of aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) in control group,BM group, CL group and YX group were 23. 37,19. 71,21. 81 and 20. 39μg/kg,respectively. The amount of ZEN were 1159. 95,665. 71,964. 12 and 851. 74 μg/kg, respectively, while the level of DON were 140. 34,117. 46,130. 89 and 130. 09 μg/kg,respectively,in the above groups. However,Aflatoxin B2 (AFt32) and Aflatoxin G2 (AFG2) were not detected in all four groups. These results suggested that LAB can significantly reduce the content of mycotoxins in FTMR,and the BM showed the best results.
