扶正抗癌汤对肺癌术后的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药扶正抗癌汤对肺癌术后的临床疗效。方法:将60例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分治疗组和对照组各30例,所有病例均行肺癌根治手术,同时清除相应区域的淋巴结。其中对照组于术后给予常规化疗及对症支持治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上配合中药扶正抗癌汤口服,疗程为3个月。结果:疗程结束后治疗组和对照组在中医症状积分以及Karnofsky评分、QOL评分以及肺癌特异量表评分比较方面均在统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.05),在两组的化疗药物不良反应方面比较亦存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:扶正抗癌汤能够明显改善术后肺癌患者的生活质量,同时还在一定程度上减轻了化疗药物的不良反应,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the effect of Strengthening Vital-Qi and Anticancer Decoction in treatment lung cancer after operation.Methods：60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each,and all patients underwent radical surgery of lung cancer,clearing off the lymph nodes in the corresponding region.The control group received conventional chemotherapy after surgery,and symptomatic and supportive treatment.Treatment group on the basis of the treatment in the control group,added Strengthening Vital-Qi and Anticancer Decoction.The course was 3 months.Results：After treatment,the treatment group and the control group had statistically significant differences in TCM symptom score,Karnofsky score,QOL score,and lung cancer specific scale score（P〈0.05）.The chemotherapy drugs toxicity in two groups also had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Strengthening Vital-Qi and Anticancer Decoction can significantly improve postoperative quality of life of patients with lung cancer,at the same time to some extent it can alleviate the side effects of the chemotherapy drugs,and is worthy of promotion.
