摘 要:目的研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化白花檵木中酚类成分的工艺条件及参数。方法以白花檵木总酚含量和转移率为考察指标,比较不同大孔树脂富集纯化白花檵木中酚类成分的性能,并对最佳树脂纯化工艺进行筛选。结果 HPD-600型树脂综合性能最好,其吸附分离工艺条件为:上样度为0.3g(生药).ml-1的样品液,以2ml.min-1进行动态吸附,药材和树脂的重量比为1.2∶1,依次用4BV的蒸馏水、4BV 30%和3BV 70%乙醇溶液,收集70%乙醇溶液,浓缩干燥,即得白花檵木酚类成分提取物。结论经HPD-600大孔树脂纯化后的白花檵木中酚类成分的含量达到50%以上,说明该纯化工艺是可行的。ObjectiveTo investigate the purification process of total polyphenols from Loropetalum chinense(R.Brown) Oliv.with macroreticular resin. MethodsWith the content and transfer rate of total polyphenols as marker,the optimal technology was achieved by comparing the different types of macroreticular resins. ResultsThe result suggest that HPD-600 macroreticular resin show excellent property.The technological parameters were as follows:the concentration of sample was 0.3 g·ml-1,absorption flow rate was 2ml·min-1,the ratio of resin to material drug was 1.2∶1 and sample was eluted with 4BV distilled water and 30%ethanol,3BV 70% ethanol through HPD-600 resin.Finally,70% ethanol elution was collected and dried. ConclusionThe content of total polyphenols was up to 50%,and the method was feasible.
