巴黎高等师范学校的人才培养对我国教育部直属六所师范院校的启示

摘　　要：笔者从实际出发深入分析法国巴黎高等师范学校人才的特点,即延聘各类专家学者,尊重学术自由,着力培养国家精英;注重多学科教学,进行通识教育,培养博学之士;以学生兴趣爱好为导向,尊重其自由全方位的发展;严格的入学选拔和法兰西浪漫情怀的学习。为我国现阶段教育部直属六所师范院校针对新时期高等师范院校办学面临的困惑提出一些建议:注重通识教育,提倡跨学科培养人才;提高办学质量,提倡师范生定向培养和执行;教授治校,加强校际合作,提倡学术交流。The author starts from the reality to deeply analyze the characteristics of talents of normal uni- versity in Paris, and finds that they employ various experts and scholars, respect academic freedom, and fo- cus on training national elites; emphasize multi - disciplinary teaching and general education, and train knowledgeable talents; take students ~ interest as guidance, and respect their free and whole development; strict enrollment selection and French romantic learning. Aimed at the problems in the school - running of nor- mal universities at the new stage, it provides some suggestions for China six normal universities directly under the Ministry improve the university, of Education： pay attention to general education, and advocate interdiscipline to train talents; quality of school - running, and insist directed training normal students ; professors administrate strengthen the cooperation among universities, and promote academic communication.
