水胶体医用敷料的制备与性能研究

摘　　要：以SIS热熔压敏胶为橡胶基材,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、交联羧甲基纤维素钠(X-CMC)为水胶体制备水胶体医用敷料。利用正交试验确定SIS热熔压敏胶各成分含量,讨论CMC和X-CMC用量对水胶体敷料吸水性、完整性的影响。通过实验,确定最佳配方:橡胶相质量分数为60%,各组分的份数为SIS:100;S-100:wingtack98=1:1;树脂总用量:160;环烷油:80;亲水胶体质量分数为40%,其中CMC含量为30-15%,X-CMC含量为10-25%。用以上配方做的水胶体敷料,有较好的粘性、吸水性和柔软性,吸水后有较好的完整性。Hydrocolloid dressings were prepared by base material of hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive of SIS and hydrocolloid of CMC and X-CMC. The composition of hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive of SIS was determined by orthogonal test. The effect of the amount of CMC and X-CMC on the properties of absorption and integrality was discussed. The results showed： the SIS composition content of the hydrocolloid dressings was 60% by weight. The quantity of the each ingredient was listed in the following, SIS： 100; S-100：wingtack98 = 1：1 and total tackifying resin：160; naphthenic oi1：80. The hydrocolloid content of the hydrocolloid dressings was 40% by weight .The preferred mixture of hydrocolloids was a mixture of 30-15% by weight of CMC to 10-25% by weight of X-CMC. The hydrocolloid dressing used above formula showed good stickiness, water absorption, softness and integrity.
