摘　　要：从伦理学角度来审视全科医生诊疗思维,有助于把握全科医学的精神实质,对全科医生的诊疗思维训练具有启示意义。在以病人为中心、以问题为导向、医患互动合作的伦理前提下,全科医生在进行诊疗思维训练时要培养高度的人道主义精神与责任感,牢固把握以症状学为线索的诊疗思路,掌握坚实的理论基础与基本功,运用灵活有效的方法技能,才能成为优秀的全科医务人才。Reviewing the medical thinking of general practitioner from the ethical perspective will help to grasp the general medical spirit essence, have enlightenment significance for medical thinking training in general practi- tioners. On the ethical condition of taking patient as the center, taking the question as the guide, the doctor- pa- tient interaction cooperation, during the medical thinking training, general practitioners should cultivate high hu- manitarian spirit and sense of responsibility, firmly grasp the medical thinking id theoretical foundation and basic skills, use agile effective method skills, an taking symptoms as clues, grasp sol- d can be a good general practitioner.
