摘　　要：从肿瘤放射治疗的不确定性、患者知情权与"善意的谎言"之间的伦理悖论和终末期肿瘤病人临终关怀与"安乐死"的选择三个方面讨论了肿瘤放射治疗中的伦理问题,旨在引发医务人员对放射治疗相关伦理问题的深入思考,通过不断提高肿瘤放射治疗的疗效、减少放射治疗并发症;医疗机构及其医务人员认真负责的履行告知义务;制定出台相关的法律条款,实现对安乐死等医学伦理问题的法律规范,以更好保障肿瘤患者的生命权和生命尊严。In this paper, the authors discussed some ethical issues from three aspects, the uncertainty of the radiation therapy, the ethical paradox between the patient~ right to know and the ＂white lie＂, the choice of eutha- nasia in end - stage cancer patients hospice care. This analysis and discussion may cause the medical staff＇s deep thinking on the ethical issues in radiation therapy. This paper proposed that the curative effect of the tumor radia- tion therapy should be improved and the therapy complications should be reduced; inform obligation to patients should be carried out responsibly in medical staff and institutions; should promulgate related articles of law on eu- thanasia and other medical ethics problems in order to better tients. safeguard the right of life and the dignity of cancer pa-
