摘　　要：目的:了解黔西南州正常产妇脐带血血红蛋白电泳筛查的意义。方法:通过SH2040蛋白电泳仪对203例正常产妇脐带血进行血红蛋白琼脂糖凝胶电泳,并通过扫描仪进行定量分析。结果:203例脐带血标本中,检出异常Hb病2例,检出率为0.98%,检出Bart's带5例,检出率为2.46%。结论:脐带血血红蛋白电泳对地中海贫血、异常Hb病检测,预防和减少缺陷儿出生,提高出生人口素质具有指导意义。Objective To evaluate the hemoglobin electrophorsis of normal puerperal cord blood in southwest of Guizhou pro- vine. Method The haemoglobin electrophoresis of normal puerperal cord blood conducted hemoglobin agarase gel electrophoresis through the SH2040, and did quantitative analysis through the scanner. Results 203 cases of umbilical cord blood specimens, detectable abnormali- ties of Hb disease was in 2 cases,the detection rate of （0. 98% ） ,the Hb Bart＇s was in 5 cases,rate of （2.46%）. Conclusion Detection of umbilical cord blood hemoglobin electrophoresis for thalassemia, abnormal Hb disease has direct sense of preventing and reducing the de- fects in infants with birth, and improving the population quality.
