摘　　要：以安徽建筑工业学院建筑环境与设备专业综合实验室建设为例,针对区域性高校应用型人才的培养要求,分析适应其要求的实践性教学的目的和特点,提出以工程能力的提高为切入点的建环专业综合实验室建设思路,并介绍该校建设专业综合实验室的过程和经验。In this paper, it was taken that the building environment and equipment specialty comprehensive laboratory had been constructed in Anhui University of Architecture, for example. Aiming at the requirements of training to the regional university application talents, analyzing the practical teaching purposes and characteristics to adapt to the requirements, faking enhancing engineering ability as the breakthrough point, the comprehensive laboratory construction ideas of building environment and equipment specialty was put forward, and the school construction professional comprehensive laboratory process and experience was introduced.
