综合疗法治疗儿童弱视临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨综合疗法治疗儿童弱视的疗效。探讨不同性质各类儿童弱视的治疗方法及疗效。方法对95例（139只眼）弱视儿童阿托品散瞳验光配镜，并根据矫正视力情况，给予相应的遮盖、药物及弱视训练等综合疗法治疗。结果治疗总有效率88．48％，基本痊愈率57．55％，进步率30．93％，无效11．51％。其中轻、中度弱视治疗效果优于重度弱视（P〈0．05）；屈光不正性疗效好于屈光参差性及斜视性弱视；中心注视型优于非中心注视型者；年龄越小，治疗效果越好。结论弱视儿童通过阿托品散瞳验光，配戴合适的眼镜，辅以遮盖、药物及弱视训练等综合疗法治疗，可以取得较理想的效果。ObJective To discuss the therapeutic methods and curative effect of child amblyopia. Methods A total of 139 eyes of 95 children were observed, and were given glasses, cover and medicine, fine training on the basics of their corrected visual acuity after mydriasis with atropine and optometry. Results Total effect rate was 88.48%; improvement rate was 57.55 %; basic cure rate was 30.93%; inefficiency rate was 11.51% Light, moderate amblyopia therapeutic effect was better than that of severe amblyopia （P 〈0.05）. Ametropic had good curative effect in anisometropic and strabismic amblyopia. Treatment of amblyopia with central fixation type was better than non central fixation type. The younger the better the effect of treatment was. Conclusions The comprehensive therapy with glasses, covering, medication, fine training is an effective method in treating amblyopia.
