摘　　要：为进一步明确正常眼压青光眼的治疗原则，依据对随访9年的正常眼压下限的正常眼压性青光眼患者的治疗体会，讨论了正常眼压性青光眼眼压在正常下限时的临床治疗原则和考虑角度。分析了最新的目标眼压概念及其设定方式，介绍了一种临床实用的眼压波动检测方法-72h眼压测量。o explore the principles of normal-tension glaucoma management, based on the treatment of a 9 years follow-up patient with normal-tension glaucoma whose intra-ocular pressure （lOP） was in the lowest normal limit range, the clinical principles and some valuable factors of the disease were discussed. The latest conception of target IOP and the setting method were analyzed in some detail. 72-hour lOP, as an innovative clinically practical method to measure the daily duration of lOP was correspondingly introduced.
