摘　　要：目的:探讨累及蝶窦的多发性骨髓瘤(MM)的临床特征、诊断及治疗,提高其临床诊治水平。方法:回顾性分析2例累及蝶窦的MM患者的临床资料并复习文献。结果:复视、头痛为累及蝶窦的MM患者的共同症状,同时还伴有全身其他器官受累的表现,患者有多次求医的经历。通过鼻内镜下蝶窦活检,经病理检查明确诊断为MM,患者行化疗后症状明显好转或得到控制。年龄较小的患者病情进展迅速,并发症多,预后差。结论:MM临床表现复杂,对于有蝶窦内病变、伴全身症状且病情进展较快者,应尽快行蝶窦活检,作出鉴别诊断,为患者赢得治疗时机。Objective：To study the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and management of multiple myeloma in volving sphenoid sinus.Method：The clinical data of 2 patients with muliple myeloma involving sphenoid sinus were reported and the relevant literatures were also reviewed.Result：Diplopia and headache were the common symptoms of the patients,and there were also some symptoms related to other organs.Patents often had repeated medical treatments and were finally diagnosed by the biopsy of sphenoid sinus.The disease progressed rapidly in the young patient.Conclusion：Characteristics of multiple myeloma are complicated.Biopsy of the sphenoid sinus is meaningful for patients with both sphenoid sinus tumor and systematic symptoms,especially those with rapid pro- gress.
